The Eastern Iowa Pet Expo is Coming Up in May Get ready, pet-lovers! A big event called the Eastern Iowa Pet Expo is just a few weeks away. Bass Farms in Mount Vernon will play host to the Eastern Iowa Pet Expo on Saturday, May 1st from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you re not familiar with the event, the official Facebook page reads: This is a vision for several non profit animal rescues to all come together and make the public aware of all that goes on in the animal rescues and cost.
