A South Taranaki community stalwart is being remembered in a very practical fashion, with a scheme to loan mobility scooters to people in need launched in her name. Funeral director Glenn Rogers, Hāwera, has teamed up with mobility scooter supplier Kevin Bromell to make short term loans of two scooters available to people who need one for a short time.
