The Dindoshi sessions court in Mumbai refused to grant any interim relief to two employees of a well-known International Consultancy services firm.
The two men had approached the court after an FIR was registered in September 2020 at Powai police station by their woman colleague s husband for making derogatory comments against her.
The two employees of the firm, Rajinder Khalsa and Gaurav Vikamshi, told the sessions court in their anticipatory bail application that the registration of FIR is an afterthought and alleged that the woman has done it to settle an old dispute. However, the two were let off with a mere warning.

Study offers tools for better risk stratification among affected patients
Older age, male sex, and impaired cognitive and physical function were independently linked with mortality in U.S. nursing home residents with Covid-19, researchers reported.
In a study of over 5,000 nursing facility residents, the odds of death among patients ages 80 to 84 was 1.46 times (95% CI 1.14-1.86) higher versus those ages 75 to 79, according to Orestis A. Panagiotou, MD, PhD, of Brown University School of Public Health in Providence, Rhode Island, and co-authors.
Mortality odds increased with age at 1.59 (95% CI 1.25-2.03) times higher for residents ages 85 to 89 and 2.14 (95% CI 1.70-2.69) times higher for residents ages ≥90, they reported in
