Some staff were willing to give it a try, but others said it didn’t feel right.” Parents are disappointed, but have been supportive of the decision, Taylor said. “A lot of parents have been campers with us before and they recognize it’s a tough call to make,” she said. “We have a very strong history and a strong staff and alumni behind us.
