In December, Kate and William took part in a whirlwind tour across Scotland, Wales and England to meet with, among others, NHS staff. During their royal train tour, the couple became joint patrons of NHS Charities Together, an association championing and supporting the work of the official NHS charities. Kate and William s video call with Dr Sifumba was featured during the BBC One special marking Commonwealth Day in lieu of the annual service carried out at Westminster Abbey.
