간담회는 6월 10일 성북구청 미래기획실에서 진행되었으며, 지난 3월부터 활동을 시작한 2021년 성북구 여성 안심귀가 스카우트 27명과 함께 이승로 성북구청장과 최성규 성북경찰서장이 참석했다.
이승로 성북구청장은 “안심귀가 지원, 여성1인가구 안심지원사업, 여성 안심택배함 운영 등 다양한 여성안심사업 추진을 통해 여성범죄를 사전 예방하는 안심 환경 조성에 최선을 다하고 있다”면서 “여성뿐만 아니라 구민 모두가 체감 할 수 있는 안전 성북을 위해 더욱 노력하겠다”는 포부를 전했다.
최성규 성북경찰서장은 “여성이 안심할 수 있는 환경 조성에 스카우트가 기여한 역할이 크다”면서 “경찰이 놓칠 수 있는 부분을 현장에서 채워 주셔서 깊이 감사드린다” 는 소감을 전했다.
