Voltia to deliver 30 Nissan e-NV200 for DPD

Voltia to deliver 30 Nissan e-NV200 for DPD Voltia has received an order from DPD in Slovakia for 30 Nissan e-NV200 XL in the ten cubic metre version. In a new leasing model, the electric transporters are to be cheaper for DPD than diesel vehicles. The converter Volta had only introduced the ten-cubic-metre version of the Nissan e-NV200 XL in March 2021. This is 28 cm higher and offers 2.2 instead of 1.9 metres of loading space height with the same vehicle width and payload. According to Voltia, the load space is up to 1.50 metres wide, with a maximum of 1.22 metres between the wheel arches. The vehicle is supposed to be able to load up to three Euro pallets. Part of the higher cargo capacity, however, is in the 1.35-metre-deep porch above the driver’s cab. With the raised superstructure, the ten-cubic-metre version is 2.70 metres high in total.

Even ‘out of favour’ equity markets like Japan’s have seen strong performance recently as the Nikkei 225 index rose above 30 000 for the first time since 1990. Financial markets performed reasonably well throughout 2020, behaving in a manner completely different from underlying economies. Starting the year, Stanlib identified the key factors that would influence investment markets. Economic growth was accelerating and, combined with low inflation, could provide solid support to financial markets. Central banks remained accommodative, which provided a strong tailwind.
