Rytical, who is signed to the East Syde Records camp, grew up in the Airy Castle in St Thomas where he attended St Thomas Technical High school. Inspired by an older brother who dabbled in music, began to take the music craft more seriously while in high school. Once he graduated, he began to hone his craft in a studio in his district. He officially recorded his first song, Action Pack on the Deano Deano Records on the Genna Bounce ryhthm.

Dancehall artist Rytikal made his first court appearance via Zoom today in the Gun Court and was remanded.
His lawyer, Abel Don Foote, will make a bail application on the singer’s behalf on March 4, according to the Jamaica STAR.
Rytikal, whose real name is Rohan McFarlane, was arrested on January 28 and later charged after cops on patrol in the 8 Miles, Bull Bay community observed him acting in a manner that they say aroused their suspicion.
The 25-year-old was questioned, his car searched and a Taurus .380 pistol with 12 rounds of ammunition found.
