The Brainerd micropolitan statistical area, which includes Cass and Crow Wing counties, showed an increase of 142 cases per 100,000 people, according to the Times. Topping the list Thursday was Mount Pleasant, Michigan, with an increase of 288 cases per 100,000 people. New York City, meanwhile, ranked 545th on the list with a decrease of 35.4 cases per 100,000.
