The Delta Cultural Center (DCC) in Helena will hold an Art in the Park gathering on Saturday, April 10 at 1:30 p.m. at Lake Chicot State Park in Lake Village. DCC Curator Drew Ulrich said Arkansas native Bill Branch will recreate scenery along the shore of Lake Chicot before event-goers.
