A fire in Oroville was quickly contained after an RV caught fire, spreading flames to nearby vegetation.

OROVILLE, Calif. - A fire was been reported in Oroville at Feather Avenue and 18th Street just after 6:00 p.m.
According to CAL FIRE an RV caught fire. Fire then spread to vegetation and burned about a quarter acre.
SAN DIEGO
An early morning raid at a Clairemont home Thursday turned up fentanyl, methamphetamine and PCP, a Drug Enforcement Administration agent said.
Multiple people were detained after the raid on the home on Feather Avenue off Clairemont Drive, Special Agent Kameron Korte said. Four people two men and two women were arrested.
The raid was the result of a search warrant served by special agents and DEA task force members. San Diego police shut down the street.
Korte said agents seized meth, liquid meth, fentanyl power, counterfeit fentanyl pills and PCP from the home.

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) â Four people were arrested and drugs, including methamphetamine and fentanyl, were seized after Drug Enforcement Administration agents and other law enforcement officers raided a Clairemont-area home Thursday morning.
The raid was carried out shortly just before 6 a.m. at a home in the 4200 block of Feather Avenue, near Clairemont Drive. DEA officials confirmed agents and members of the Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant at the home.

Apparent murder-suicide under investigation in Lowell; Husband, wife in their 70s found dead, DA says

Authorities are investigating what they described as an apparent murder-suicide after a married couple in their 70s was found dead in their Lowell home Thursday afternoon.
Police responded around 5 p.m. to a 911 call about a death at a home on Featherston Avenue, according to a statement from Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Lowell Police Superintendent Kelly Richardson.
According to the statement, when officers arrived, they found a 76-year-old man shot dead and a 79-year-old woman with a fatal self-inflicted gunshot wound.
