Four friends are attempting to break harmful gender stereotypes and redefine masculinity by forming The Jantan Collective. Their aim is to make it a platform to encourage men to be open about their emotions, while at the same time educating themselves to become better versions of themselves.
The Collective is a hub for men to learn, have fun and become better versions of themselves, says Khoo.Founder, Khoo Teng Leang, 39, nicknamed the “Chief Jantan”, explained: “The Jantan Collective is basically a hub for all men to learn, have fun and just be better men basically. Here, we want to talk about things that are not commonly talked about.”

The biggest intrigue tonight will surely surround Thiago Alcântara, who appears to be edging ever closer to full fitness. A fully operational Thiago could be absolutely devastating to Premier League defenses in the second half of the season. I, for one, am anxious to see him back at it after the phenomenal performances against Chelsea and Everton. I’m sure I’m not alone in that desire, but equally there’s no need to rush his return if it will jeopardize his long-term fitness.

Surprisingly, when playing the team full of former Liverpool players include Christian Benteke, Martin Kelly, Mamadou Sakho and, of course, boss Roy Hodgson himself, through a combination of injuries and suspensions, the Reds are unlikely to face any of them on the pitch. It will be another quiet affair in London this afternoon when Liverpool head to Selhurst Park to take on Crystal Palace. With the capital in tier three of lockdown, no fans are permitted in the stadium. This will be their final pre-Christmas match before they get a breather until after the holiday. Hopefully that week-and-change will be enough time to see the return of a few from injury. Today, they still have to get past Palace, so hopefully we’ll see a performance like the one against Spurs instead of the one against Fulham.
