By: Hunter McKee OKLAHOMA CITY - An Oklahoma City family is mourning the loss of a teen shot and killed earlier this week. Victor Reyes, 18, was shot Sunday near SW 22nd and Portland Avenue. Reyes two sisters said he was moving in the right direction with his life. When they got the call that he had been shot, they said it was both shocking and heartbreaking. Even though he was my little brother, he was my big brother, Lorena Reyes said. Just after 5 p.m. Sunday, police said there was some type of an altercation outside of Portland Food Mart.  Things escalated and someone pulled out a gun and began firing. That s when Victor Reyes was hit.
