Youngstown Lions present Robert J. Uplinger Distinguished Service Award to Paul Beatty Sr.

The Youngstown Lions Club recently selected Paul R. Beatty Sr. as the 2023 recipient of the prestigious Robert J. Uplinger Distinguished Service Award. A presentation was formally made by Youngstown Lions Club President Lois Kaminski during the Jack Beatty Memorial Hospice Cruise & Clambake at the Youngstown Yacht Club.
