MANISTEE COUNTY — The protests, pandemic and deep-seated political divisions that came to define 2020, also colored its election season.
With four elections scheduled, poll workers knew going in that 2020 would be a busy year, but set against the backdrop of a pandemic would prove to be an even greater challenge.
