Belarus and China are building closer relations, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Belarus Xie Xiaoyong said on 25 September at a reception in Minsk to mark the 74th anniversary of the People's Republic of China, BelTA reports.
