When you look in to the Couples Court history, you dont see any priors. We learned in court today during the bond hearing that 24yearold Robert Davidson was charged as a juvenile with third degree sex assault of another juvenile. We also learned in Court Documents that the questioning and death of his 10weekold daughter, davidson admitted to dropping the child multiple times and sexually assaulting her. Neighbors i talk to are horrified. Many even say they feel guilty. How can Something Like that go on . Heard the baby crying, like screaming to the top of her lung. This neighbor told me she hurt screaming before outside but she didnt know where it was coming from. To hurt a baby thats 10 weeks old that cant do anything for herself, i think they should be dead. Police have not connected all these attacks but they also say it could be the same guy whos been going out and grabbing women, trying to rip off their clothes. In all of the other attacks the women have been alone but friday night a 27yearold mother was with her little girl. She was walking on that path when a man came up from behind, grabbed her buttocks and reached under and grabbed her private area all while she was holding her 3yearold daughter. If this is the same subject thats responsible for the previous attack, theyre taking it a step further. Reporter this time the attacker went after a mom who was with her 3yearold daughter. Its a scenario that sends chills through this throng of babysitters. As shes getting closer she goes to shield and protect her 3yearold daughter at which point our subject grabs her inappropriately. Shes able to scream for help, scaring off the subject who flees southbound in to the park. Reporter its the sixth similar attack on women in Arlington County over the past month. Others have happened along other parks, highland street in North Arlington and 15th street near the courthouse. Our suspects are using the cover of night to conceal themselves or hide until they see the opportunity to attack a female victim from behind. Reporter in each of the cases the victims have screamed and scared off the attacker. Im afraid. Go with somebody else or be careful. Reporter all of the six victims have described their attacker as a hispanic male in his 20s whos about 57. These two sketches came from descriptions in previous attacks earlier this month. The latest victim told the cops the attacker appeared intoxicated. Since all of those attacks happened in the nighttime hours, police say its been difficult for the victims to get a clear view of their attackers. The Humane Society of Washington County is investigating two cases of neglect at an equine sanctuary. Authorities say the two horses were found at the days end farmhouse rescue. They were in just deplorable conditions on friday. Both had curled hooves more than three feet long which made it impossible for them to move. Theyre at a Humane Society where vets are trying to nurse them back to health. Americas love affair with our giant pandas continues as people from all over the country come to check out the brand new twin cubs. Zoo workers are giving mom alone time with each cub to allow for bonding and proper feeding. The vets say last night was a bit of a challenge the vets took care of the smaller cub and fed it formula through a feeding tube. Animal fans say they have been following the pandas development very closely. I think theyre alternating the babies so its hardworking for a panda to be a mom.
