Reporter meanwhile, police announced another arrest in connection with center city damage from sunday nights broad street celebration. Poles were knocked down, windows smash out and cars flipped over. Tuesday afternoon, police also released this video hoping to identify the eagles fans who ransacked a local store during the celebration on broad street. Now youre going into somebodys business and destroying it. For no good reason. Reporter fans and police told us, theyre not expecting a repeat of that behavior. I think it will be really rowdy but also very friendly crowd. We expect a lot of people. But a lot of happy people, and hopefully not a lot of enebriated people. Other parents we talked to say, theyre happy that a lot of School Districts have actually come up way compromise. Were going to the parade. No doubt. Reporter marie cook says its a no brainer. A parade for the eagles first super bowl win, work and school not this thursday. School is very important to me and for my kids, but this is perhaps a once in a lifetime opportunity and we won mitt miss it for the world. Reporter parents all over the area are faced with the decision to allow their kids to miss school or not. Philadelphia public and Catholic Schools are closed. But some surrounding distric dis are grappling with the decision. Chris nobles children are in the Bethlehem School district and he says schools there there remain open. I dont think its a dilemma. I would go once in lifetime thing. My daughter would be taken out of school for that. But its everybody elses decision. Reporter council rock officials posted this message on its School District website. It allows students to take an excused absence thursday to attend the parade. But schools will be open for parents who decide their children should be in the classroom. Taken me 50 years before i got to see it. Reporter Brian Mcdowell is satisfied with the compromise his 14yearold daughter madison is going to the parade. I think its good that the School District is leaving the school open for those who want to tendon school and given the option to, you know g to the parade if they feel they want to. Reporter Christie Mccaffery three children will be using the excused absence too but not going to the parade. We just decided well stay home and watch it from the couch. Just getting down there on the trains and just going to be a little bit too much. I think most parents probably would have done what they wanted to do any way and took unexcused absence. So we did talk to another woman off camera who says that her daughter lucy does want to go to the parade and she would actually let her miss school whether it was an excused absence or not but the mom doesnt want to miss work. Trains leaving from the lindenwold, woodcrest, ferry avenue and broadway stations will go directly to the ninth, tenth and locust street station. From 1 20 p. M. To 8 00 at night, trains will only run eastbound so, i know, that was a whole lot that you just heard right there.
