Well, it is that time of the year, holiday version of alex around town and im here at one of my Favorite Places winter fest, i love it, i love it, i love it, i really cold it colder sister of Spruce Industries harbor park. We have emma with the Delaware River front corporation to explain some new things this year for families. There are some new things. We are standing in one of them right now. We are here in this nice new warming area. We have these, propane heaters , keep you nice and warm back here. Without all of the smoke. That is important for some people. You dont want to go home smelling smokey. We have a bunch of new trees, new lights, that is one of the additions. We have a ton of new food, all different price points for everyone to come down and enjoy. What i love about this area is you have a great view of the ice skating rink. You can see your parents. And my parents and my grandfather they are relaxed over here cozying up by the fire. And, they are from texas. They are bundled up. One, two, three. Chestnuts roasting on a open fire that is all we know. Off to the chestnuts. But we are not just singing about chestnuts on open fire, you can get chestnuts here and this is new this year. Not just chestnuts but what else candial monday. Yes, rose marie, roasted chestnuts hot chocolate and other candice from shayne confections. Okay. We made it inside to the lodge , cheers, everyone. It is actually supposed to be so guy dont know that is a vegetarian burger. Completely vegetarian. Impossible it is not meat. Impossible. And then we have a new Fried Chicken sandwich as well. All right. So first there was the upside down tree which i first i thought was absolutely ridiculous. I went to the Holiday Party last week and saw them and their Christmas Tree and they had poinsettias up top, coolest thing ever. Upside down Christmas Tree some people hang it from the ceiling, others have it stand at bottom and is upside down. Like a giant chandelier of lights, fund, fabulousness. We did this here on good day, the ladder tree. So that is how it looks. I love how balls are suspended in the middle. Then other pinterest version. Those are more interesting then the ladder tree we did here. It was like everything that we found across the studio and in the news room we would put on our ladder tree or fox 29. Those are pretty impressive. Well, you know how we are, it is a good day tree. So, we have that one. Then what other kind of things did we do. There is pine apple, pine apple Christmas Trees are one of the most searched pinterest trend this is year and some decorating their pine apples with ornament, lights and others are decorating their real trees to look like a pine apple. I think that is fun. That is really great, as a center piece and it is different, really i think that is neat, festive. Growing up we had silver tree, white tree we went through different phases. Maybe you have them in your house ice sickles, tinsel and it would get all over. Popcorn, and then the dog would try to eat the tree. We had popcorn every where. We have people that had cats, that can be a struggle. It is real taking everything down. Licking water and tree dries up, we can go on a on and on. Still ahead.
