tuesday, i want to give you an idea of the evidence temperatures we're looking at. while it's cold across the ohio valley east. look at that, wind lake as the zero, we have seven. this is the arctic air that is just sitting up towards northern canada bottled up and waiting for release, and big arctic low will develop and shoot it south and that will happen by monday in a tuesday. i want to show you the fox futurecast, nothing doing today, monday looks fine, sue serio might talk about a couple of snow showers monday morning, but we'll watch by monday night, tuesday morning, the arctic front boundary comes on top of us, we'll see the snow break out. right now, the modelling is suggesting we'll see sleet, rain and snow here in philadelphia with maybe accumulations. now, if i were to throw raw numbers out at you maybe an inch they don't three inches possible. but we'll have to watch this pretty closely. but it's looking likely we'll see more snow in the delaware valley by monday night into tuesday. here's your planner, 30 going to 39 degrees. we'll talk about how cold it gets by the middle of the week coming up in a little bit. lauren? . you know this already, it will be a show-down at the coliseum, the ten and two eagles face the nine and three rams. they lost last week. they will try to win this week. we hope they do. they're battling for playoff positioning in nfc. we're going to talk about it. here to help break down all the action. this guy, he was supposed to shave his beard after they lost last week. >> hey, who said that >> he decided not to. >> did i say that >> there's shawn bell >> what did he say about the beard? supposed to go. >> what happened you fell in love >> i fell in love with the reaction. >> r the ladies >> you can understand this. until, i'm still in the honeymoon phase, until you got to cut it. i'm going to rock it >> you did call me out >> i'm just saying. >> greg is here to keep you both honest and i like >> keep me in track though. >> i can give you the early warning >> what do we expect at 4:25 >> last week the first half was an embarrassment. they cannot afford to come out slow. they cannot come outlet the moment get to them. this is a must win, if we're still going to ride the high of what they were doing when they were winning those games in a row against bad teams, they need to win this to maintain some shot at home field advantage. a lot of pressure they can do it but this is a must win. >> zach ertz probably won't play. do you think that's going to cost them anything? >> i don't think so. . i'm going to go on other side and say this is not a must win, this is a statement game. is this putting you back at the top, declaring who you are, what kind of team you are, how you're going to endure. that's what this is about >> sean, what's the big smile >> it's funny to me to see lack of excitement, all the fans are panicking, my gosh, we're not going to do anything anymore, relax. chill. you're ten and two, like >> typical philly fans >> even the introduction of this, it's like, oh, lost a game. come on. they're good. they're good team. the rams are unproven also. jared goff is in the same situation as carson wentz, carson played more than he has. listen, we lost in seattle. that's a problem. la, they don't have a home field advantage. no one goes, did you see the thing they had to cast people as rams fans to go to the games. people are getting paid to act like fans in la. >> wait a minute. >> paid. ok? actors. >> ok? >> exactly. >> i'm not dising philly, i'm just saying we don't have that problem >> tell me about the quarterback match-up. >> the difference between goff and wentz is what wentz is allowed to do versus what goff is allowed to. goff has a coach and a coordinator basically telling him what to do until 15 seconds on the clock, that's when you can't communicate with anybody. wentz has total freedom. to basically be leak a young peyton manning, that's really helped his development. so the school of thought against goff is do you wait then take advantage of the fact that he can't talk to the coach or do you you don't have the attack him right away? i think goff is clearly a still behind and todd gurley is a key weapon, a runningback. i get what you're saying, if they lose to the rams, they're the third team in the nfc. three weeks ago we're talking about the home field advantage. >> you say they win >> there's a difference between losing against seattle and the rams. playing against seattle there's a huge difference. you got a team that's got a lot of playoff experience, a team that's got a lot of experience in the moment. in the seattle. that's not the case for the rams. >> who's really on that team? i had wagner, you had -- >> that doesn't matter. it's a locker room experience. >> these guys are out >> in seattle says, we know how to get the job done regardless. >> sean what do you think >> neither the eagles or the rams have that experience. i will give, that's the problem. seattle knew how to come out. seattle knew how to come out >> 30 seconds i want you to tell me what's the biggest worry for the eagles >> go on, hater >> why i -- >> 30 seconds you have >> i get 45 seconds if i want it. the biggest worry is jared goff, evening they say 15 seconds, he has a bigger arm. he has a bigger arm >> greg? >> he has more accuracy he's a problem. >> my worry is that we won't go to the running game early. that's how we win the game. even if we start off slow, even if we're not winning half time. the running game beats the heck out of the line >> we'll see what happens 4:25. >> you had some words >> i said 45 seconds, my man. he took my 15 >> he did. he did. >> we'll reclaim your time one day. 8:37. this is your there's a lot of the black ice, the overnight temperatures fell back into the 20's, a lot of refreezing, we'll do to again tonight by the way. into the teens the north and west, this morning the wind are picking up, five to ten miles per hour wind on average and the gusts will be around say 15 to 20 throughout the course of your day, be very mindful if you'll be out for a long period of time with winds as busy as they will be, temperatures that will be into the low 30's it will feel like into the teens, very cold, cold day set up. now, satellite and radar showing a couple of snow showers, not a big deal. in fact, we're not really looking for any weather worries through the day, into tomorrow. but by monday into tuesday, this is an arctic front that's developing across central canada, this is going to be a big story as we go forward because these 20's and 30's, yes, it's cold, but not this cold. and we're looking at single digits, negative numbers this is the type of air mass that will come out as monday night into tuesday, and it will actually bring a little snow or sleet and rain across the region. so monday night into tuesday, that's a fox weather alert, cold air pouring in winds gusting and there's precipitation that could fall again in the form of snow. right now, our guidance and all of our forecasting models suggesting we could see some accumulations up towards the lehigh valley. here in philadelphia. it might be more of a concern of ice with ground temperatures at freezing. probably more of a rain situation as you go south and east of i95 but this will be a big torch. on tuesday morning, 31 to 40 today, between the down into the 20's and even teens, 20 degrees or so into the poconos, another cold night. look at the seven-day forecast and let's look at this together. 40 today, 42 for monday, that's still below average, but tuesday is the day where we see snow squalls, there can be accumulation, we don't know how much and where, we'll be fine tuning that, but wednesday is when things go wild. numb gusts 28 degrees. we'll feel like it's into 12 or 13 degree range and it stays cold as we get into next week, lauren. >> this is a good time if you want to
