delaware was stab more than 50 times on monday night, and then her body was set on fire in an attempt to conceal this murder , and police say it happened at hands have the 23 year-old cole harring. investigators tell us they found teen dead in the alley way beneath leaves, tuesday morning, outside of the harring's apartment at forty-ninth and spruce street, police say teen met harring through social media and became victim of this gruesome crime. detectives did not say how maclean made her way from delaware to philadelphia but we know that she used to live here. police are warning all young people and their parents to be aware of the dangers of interacting with people on line. >> to all of the young people that want to run streets with strangers and stuff on social media it is a and this minivan here this all took place in the last half an hour, this is that busy stretch of wyoming avenue , between h and castor. it is overpass that is down below you have tacony creek, juniata park, golf course there, but what i can tell you is we have no word on any children on the bus, but what i did see were two adults being walk to the rescue squad and one person who looked like an adult taken out in the stretcher. so, maybe that was the driver of the school bus, and the adults were the passengers of the minivan. i haven't seen any young children walking around. we have folks standing here and police trying to get a handle on exactly what happened here but what happened now it is blocking wyoming avenue. causing big delays for everybody between h and castor , again, wyoming avenue big bridge that takes you up and over through juniata park and frank for creek right below it there expect detours through the neighborhood this morning coming from say collegeville, royersford and a accidente on 422, right before you get to the 202 interchange , plus we have got some sun glare popping out after some light drizzle on the overnight, everything is wet in the neighborhood, look at this jammo leaving south philadelphia westbound on the schuylkill heavy from the walt whitman all the way into downtown because of an earlier accident. a live look at the roosevelt boulevard heavy from the neighborhood in broad down to the schuylkill and a accident approaching schuylkill expressway, and then again this morning we are looking at delays, signal problems opioids, started crushing greens and blue and now he is hook but we got him in a in patient facility. does outpatient ever work. >> outpatient does sometimes work but by the time somebody is so ingrained in using heroin for example or prescription drugs they have a whole set of behaviors that makes it much more effective if they go away. think about outpatient as a couple hours a week and in patient as 12 hours a day. >> cut off from the drugs. >> cut off from the drugs and your family should get education and treatment as well at the same time. that is what we do you want to go to the place with the full continuum of care. we have in patient, outpatient , detoxification in one setting, so stay with that continuity. >> rca is recovery centers of america. >> thank you so many people, opened to all kinds of treatment. that shouldcally psycho social treatment like counseling, in patient, outpatient but also medication treatments. is there great medications out now that will for example help stop craving for the drug. >> if somebody need help and i necessity someone watching has a family member or struggling right now, recovery centers on have the america do we call you. >> absolutely call 800- recovery. we have people there 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a week. when somebody is ready to get treatment what we know you have to get them in right away we do admissions 24 hours a day. >> there is a lot of places that have this, we have treatment, go over this, and what are you looking for, for a good place. >> that is a great question. if i was looking for a loved one to get into treatment i will look to see if they are accredited by joint commission , do they have a full compliment of staff, do they have psychiatry, physicians, nurses, did they have master level therapist. i will look to see that they have a full continuum of care and try to get it close to home in the neighborhood. that is how we are designed to be in the neighborhood so
