>> i'm sick, i'm absolutely sick. i feel like there is something more i could have done perm personally, something more we could have done as a community. he was a great guy. >> this that was part of it, then i'm really sick over it. >> so it is odd, but police continue to say they cannot pinpoint this case as an accidental death, again, or a homicide. police will continue to review the evidence. they'll continue conducting interviews. but not only those family members, but also neighbors and friends, anybody who saw the victim yesterday prior to when he was found. mike and alex. >> careful out there. they are honking at you. let's stay in port richmond. >> a police van hauling inmates crashed. the transport van had a sport utility vehicle collide with it at robbins and ditman streets, this is just around 3:00 this morning, officials on the scene said nobody appeared to be injured. but the prisoners taken to the hospital for evaluation, testing the driver of the suv foreign tox case. well, we found some disturbing posts on social media about little girls. and it led to te arrest after philadelphia man, it was the parent of those girls, who >> 8:46, watching radar all morning during the time we had rain then after the rain ended tipped off police then. now seeing some sunshine in then they came across photos the area so that's good thing. of their daughters, on the we look ahead, we see us going into the 50's, rest of the man's instagram, and facebook morning, we reach our high, pretty early, it will be in pages, much to their shock, some of the captain ons, look the up ear's, about 1:00 then at that, can i try to become a friends, i love little girls temperatures plunge winds pick on my lap, i kidnapped her, 23 year old, tyrone brown, faces up quite windy later this afternoon and then very cold child pornography and cyber tomorrow morning, and windy so crime charges. you'll need the warm coat tomorrow. once again, 49 degrees, in >> scary. >> coming up on 7:08. philadelphia. forty's just about everywhere big changes could be coming to the philadelphia school else, 50 in millville, 52 in district. atlantic city, winds haven't the school reform commission or src is expected to take up got tone where they're going to be yet. a resolution today to not too bad right now. officially give control back to the district. fifty-seven with chance every remember the mayor announced rain on saturday. this couple of weeks ago. and your weekends ends with a >> yes. >> src has been in charge of blustery day on sunday, and of policy and financial decisions course this is the last for the district for the last weekend before thanksgiving. headed into the holiday with 15 years, so certainly this sunshine on wednesday, and will bring about some different changes. high of 50 degrees. >> oh, yes. tonight, at the springfield >> well, potential life saving country club, it is the delaware county veterans discovery. that could allow doctors to memorial association, freedom diagnosis cte in living medal dinner, i hosed tonight patient, because remember up as i have for the past four until now, when people donate years honoring some of our their planes to research, that's when they finds out if delawarestinguished it is aan they have iting. emotional night 500 people >> dad after your death. well, cte of course the brain disease found in people with coming, go to the delaware multiple head injuries, county veterans memorial website. get your ticket there. concussions, especially, hi, alex. former football players, >> well, thank you, sue. >> yes, it will be a good evanston north shore university says it used brain night. >> certainly sounds like t so most restaurant chefs scans and found warning signs noticeably absent at the of cte in some former players, family thanksgiving table. probably, because they just that discovery was made four can't handle seeing the rest of us trying to cook such an years ago, but cte could not involved meal, but jen is in be confirmed until recently, chester county some people weighing in, saying they do when one of the former grill their turkeys. leslie says she grills it, she patients died. says it is so good. so there is also a blood test in the works. wouldn't that be great? >> just thinking of mount fugi in japan. >> but it is down in the south seas, that's besides the point, what kind of water he's drinking, shouldn't it be something from the united states. anyway, reminding a lot of people. so why would the earth stop for a second on social media, oh, a man drank some water. stop. >> i was watching the press conference, and after it happened i happened to go on my time line on twitter and someone tweeted out fugi water wick pediatric ya page, already changed and update today say drinking water every choice for president trump. like they were quick. within minutes. >> endorsed by the president of the united state. but wasn't even that. it wasn't a brands of water. first of all the guy who is in charge every keeping water probably flipped. because if you don't have water there, you're fired. and but he just look in the wrong place under the podium. it reminds add lot of people of the incident, remember when senator marco rubio had to give the response to the state of the union address back in 2013 after president obama did. >> and towed take a drink, and goat a lot of flack for it. >> well he barely made it into his rebuttal when he had to stop. >> nothing has frustrated me more than false choices bike the one the president laid out tonight. >> the choices isn't just between big government or big business. what we need is a accountable, efficient effective government. >> so it kind of looked like he was scared. you know, big stage, a lot of people were watching. >> so marco rubio tweeted the president after he had his moment yesterday. and he weighed in. he said okay this is similar, but needs work on his form. has to be done in one single motion and eyes should never leave the camera. but not bad for his first time. >> so true. senator rubio, never stopped look at the prompter. >> oh, my gosh, probably nervous, rebuttal. >> this thing whole silly, because we've all been talking, we zip throughout the show. i mean -- >> so you knew this was coming. they're comparing this now to watergate. >> oh, gosh. >> it is his watergate. oh, my goodness. >> just the little things. mike, you were saying, you don't think it is a big deal? >> i didn't get the big deal until i put two and two together. donald trump said marco rubio is kind of weak. he can't even give a speech without ugh, desperate for water. >> it was a big movement. >> i know. >> i would be nervous too. >> so it came back to bite him a little bit yesterday. 7:15, here's sue. >> sue, what's your water of choice? >> precipitation from radar. >> that's good. >> the kinds that falls from the sky. but be glad you're not in vermont or up there in new england, because some of those places are seeing some snow this morning. new hampshire was the other state i was thinking of there. anyway, most of the rain has moved out of our area. we're seeing just little bit in burlington, ocean counties, this morning. and it had been raining pretty hard in new york city. but that's eased up, as well. so 49 degrees in philadelphia, right now, most of our temperatures are in the 40's, 52 atlantic city but much milder than yesterday. so you don't need the really warm coat and the gloves, like did you yesterday, and you may not need the umbrella much longer. 12-mile per hour winds. that's what's going to really pick up. these future wind gusts, 29 miles an hour gusts later on. thirty-two, 29, will get windier overnight than it will be later on this afternoon, so what will happen, we will get to early high temperature of about 58 degrees. oh, oh. one week from today. >> oh, no. >> pie in the oven. and happy thanksgiving. look like it will be a chilly one, with a high of 47 degrees. but, so far, so good. with just partly cloudy skies, and no rain, so keep your fingers crossed. we've got 58 degrees today. fifty tomorrow. fifty-seven on saturday. and then a blustery day on sunday. because there is a chance of rain on saturday. much colder on monday. little bit better monday and tuesday, as we get closer to turkey day next week. bob? we don't know. we don't know if authorities have any idea where he is. but we have been showing you his picture. you got to wonder is he far enough away where his picture is not being shown on tv by now because he's had so much time to get away and get far away. >> true. >> guys. >> it could be anywhere, absolutely anywhere. thank you, 7:34. >> former vice president joe biden is continuing his promise me dad book tour in philadelphia yesterday. >> book title, promise me dad. you know, a year of hope. hardship and purpose, chronicles the year that followed his adult son beau biden's 2014 cancer diagnosis. as vice president joe biden was on the road, a lot during that time of course, burning up amtrak between his home and dc, his personal struggles, especially during that year where his son was going through his health battles. >> so you see, as often with book tours, you have sit down and someone interviews you, talks about the book and writing, so you know the question a lot of people are asking, when he is making these stops for his book. will you make another run for president?
