it does take a long time. if you find a recipe, and it says you will saute four or five minutes. there is preheat for that saute function. you need to add in sometime for that. so add in five minutes for pre heat. >> not like an hour and a half >> but for each step, so if you are sauteing and going to pressure cook add an extra 10 minutes so for each step you want to add five minutes for heat. >> but at home i like to have kid with fresh veggies and roasting veggies and that takes 30 minutes f that takes me 10 minutes it is a win. >> if you want to carmelized them turn it to saute and brown them up. >> we are making sweet potatoes because we are doing thanksgiving stuff. >> we will make mashed sweet potato and they are super ease /to make. i cut up, peeled, chopped some sweet potatoes
