Lets turn to some breaking news from overnight deadly shooting in West Philadelphia shuts down an entire block. Police search for that shooter. It happened on lancaster avenue in north 50th street 2 30 this morning. A man in his 40s was shot several times while he sat in his truck. He was taken to the hospital where he later died. Police have not arrested anyone for the murder. Meanwhile a man is in the hospital after being shot by police. This happened in grays ferry on south 29th street. The officers say they were responding to a domestic dispute when the man tried to attack them with a knife. The officers were not hurt. The man is in Critical Condition condition. Also overnight a deadly crash in pemberton, new jersey w a pedestrian was hit and killed. It happened just before midnight on the pemberton bypass and shady lane. Police arent releasing many details but they do tell us the driver did stay on scene. It appears there were no other injuries. No word yet on what caused that crash. Now to our top stories.
