The judge dismissed the jury after four days of deliberation in the federal bribery trial. Deliberations will begin on monday with an alternate jury taking her place. Is a little over a year ago when a train to railed at the hoboken station killing a mother who had dropped off her infant at daycare. The train engineer suffered from sleep apnea. Soon afterward, they went through a screening process 44 other train engineers were diagnosed with sleep apnea or another sleep disorder. It was also determined as the crash in brooklyn and also one in the bronx that killed four people. A spokesman which oversees all agency says that every agency is encouraged to screen for sleep apnea. They can be a real problem. It can have increased risk of diabetes, high Blood Pressure stroke, its more commonly seen with people who are overweight. A four times higher risk. A three times higher risk for those who smoke and two times higher for your mail. Immediately after the hoboken derailment the agency added preventative measures which has been in place since 2005.
