Now most Health Experts recommend that we get 150 minutes of exercise mild to moderate exercise every week. Some walked as i said some did not and they found that the seniors who were inactive the ones who did not walk were 26 more likely to have died over the pedestrian that they were following them than those who got the recommended 150 minutes of exercise a week. But the seniors who did walk some saw some benefit. The most active seniors in the group the ones that were meeting that minimum 150 minutes had 20 lower risk of dying early compared to those who walked less.
