wondering where a teenage girl would be hours ago. authorities stopped a car and she was inside right after the car was stopped. driver took off just as authorities approached. a sheriff's deputy was slightly injured. officers found the driver, no one knows where the teenager is tonight. joyce evans talked to the missing girl at that mom and she joins us live tonight. joyce? >> reporter: iain this was part of an fbi operation. those sheriff's deputies were helping out with that and they're still looking for the teenage girl. we talked her her mom as you said and waiting for all word >> she ran away last sunday 8:00. hannah joins has done so many times before, says her mom, row is an. >> i do believe she jumped the trai train. couple days after hannah took off >> she reaches out inappropriately on social media all the time. >> reporter: her mom said hannah sent a very disturbing video to her sister overnight. she was riding in car. >> who is this guy >> we don't know. we don't know who any of her contacts were. she just kept assisting >> she said she was hopeful then terrified when she saw this scene play out in south philadelphia. the driver took off after hitting a sheriff. they found the car parked in a neighborhood. word came at first that the girl was ok, turns she was not at the car. police tracked down and arrested devon harley near 13th and snyder, her mom has a message for hannah >> we want you to come home. we don't care what you done. come home so we know you're alive and you're safe. >> reporter: can you imagine how she feels now her mom says that her daughter is troubled. she's been in and out of programs to help. but she is not giving up on her child and iain, she'll sit there and wait and do whatever is necessary to find her daughter. >> let's hope she find her. thank you. >> police are on the look-out for a person who shot a 15-year-old girl in wilmington. police say the shooting happened on the 600 block of pine street around 5:30 tonight. the 15-year-old girl was shot in her left ankle. paramedics treated her on the scene, brought her to dupont children's hospital where she's now recovering. anyone with information is asked to call police. a germantown elementary school will remain closed tomorrow because of mold issues. john b kelly elementary school has been closed since thursday. after investigators found mold in several classrooms. the school district said the school will remain closed on a day-by-day basis until all of that mold is out of there. crews have been cleaning it since the mold was found. and district officials are blame, it on hvacate. and schools in monroe township dealing with mold issue, school officials say most schools there will reopen on tuesday. this is after a district-wide precautionary shutdown for most of the school this past week after mold was found at holly glen elementary. students who go to holly glen in white hall elementary schools will be taught in other buildings while crews continue to work toward acceptable air quality for students and staff a man walking around way rifle in chester. police want to talk to him about the sexual assault and robbery of a woman there. people near where the attack happened are understandably concerned tonight. brad sat did talk with a family member of the victim and joins us from chester police headquarters. brad? >> reporter: iain that family member has been using social media. of and he found a compelling piece of evidence and so far, since friday, it's been shared on facebook more than 2500 times. >> hopefully he won't get a chance to do this again. >> 4:00 early friday morning, surveillance video shows man carrying a rifle walking near east 24th street in chester by the walnut chestnut park plaza apartments. moments later accused of sexual assaulting and robbing a loved one of brady hall's >> it wasn't just items, he needed more. she complied. but he wanted more. he sexual assaulted her. that's what happened. >> reporter: we're not identifying the woman, she was simply walking to a bus stop headed to work when attacked. brady did his own detective work finding the surveillance footage posting it on facebook and it's been viewed more than 9,000 times, photo also making its way around the neighborhood leaving residents like coleman nervous >> i was scared. scared like coming out of here running to my car, i was sitting here like i held the door open and i fly to the car and running right back. scared. >> because i got kids >> she lived in the neighborhood a year and for now she no longer walks alone. >> really scary. i'll get off late nights, so that's why i got him walking wisdom martin because that's crazy. >> reporter: the victim said the suspect is african-american in his early 20's. he grabbed her cell phone with a bright pink cover making it more identity. while this video leaves many scared, for brady it's a call to action >> i take that video and i empowered such a strength in me to be determined to get the individual off the streets and not allow that to happen to anyone else. >> reporter: now, he tells us the victim tonight is recovering. chester police expected to release returned in washington township thursday, church tells us the pope was returned some time overnight wrapped in plastic good condition and in the spot where it was initially stolen. police have not made an arrest pyet in the case. good news from california wine country, fire officials say winds are dying down in northern california making it easier for firefighters to battle those deadly wildfires, skies full of smoke beginning to clear in some places making it easier for crew to say gain control. some of it anyway. some of the fires are at least halfway under control. and so far, the fires have destroyed almost 6,000 homes and killed at least 40 people. fox news's will carr is in santa rosa with more. >> reporter: nearly 20 wildfires still burning, sunday marking a week since disruptive flames first erupted. fires that have killed dozens, destroyed thousands of homes and buildings, this as hundreds of people still missing. >> it's a day-to-day, changes one day you wake up westmoreland street hours after 51-year-old vasquez was shot and killed on the block. investigators say vasquez used to live in this area and was hanging out with old friends when he took a bullet to the chest and one to the head >> it's hard to believe he's a ago guy. he's a sweetheart. a good guy. i don't know how that could happen to him. >> reporter: this man who didn't want on his to use his >> reporter: homicide detectives handled this case, philadelphia police officers are busy investigating two additional overnight shootings. one person is under arrest for opening fire on a 35-year-old man outside of germantown brethren church in west mt. airy according to police who say the victim was transported to einstein medical center in serious condition. across town in kensington police are looking for person who shot a 47-year-old man in the chest. it happened around 5:30 this morning in the area of atlantic and emerald streets. police tell fox 29 news that the bullet narrowly missed the victim's heart. police continue to track leads and learn more about a weekend of gun violence in the city. jennifer joyce fox 29 news. two men recovering after shot in the parking lot of a night club in dover. police say they were getting calls for gunshots outside of the allure night club on north dupont highway. when they got there, they didn't see anything but found a 22-year-old man and 25-year-old man shot in the legs taken to the hospital pennsylvania lawmakers still have no plan that can pay for the state's new budget bill. pennsylvania tom wolf is working on putting together a 2
