county, new jersey. we necessity there has been a injury. lets get out to the scene in mount holly with jenny joyce, good morning. >> reporter: good morning, karen. as you can see it is a still a very active scene. we are wedged between a couple of fire trucks here on the scene so it is loud as fire crews continue to walk through , to make sure that all of the hot spots are out, we are live here on the 100 block of schreeve street right off of pine that sits behind the brainard elementary school. a fire chief on the scene says that one person was transported to a nearby hospital, for smoke inhalation , and everyone else, got out safely, we don't know how many people were home at the time of the early morning fire, and it happened around 1:15 and based on preliminary information it started in a bedroom when fire crews responded, they found heavy fire on the second floor of the three story home. it is a twin. it is too early to say officially the extent of the damage and taking a live look you can see all of that debris , piled up, outside and when you look i'm sure greg is showing you the interior of this home, you can see, stuff, is pretty much, thrown every where as fire crews are walking threw up stairs, the windows, blown out, and so crews are still, actively going through, and, just making sure that all of the hot spots are put out, before they clear this house police say they received a call around 4:30 yesterday afternoon about a woman who claims she gave birth to a still born baby on wednesday. this special victims unit is investigating whether the baby was born alive. an arrest has been made in the shooting of the six year-old in philadelphia, police took suspect into custody, yesterday but they have not said who that person is. they are being charged in the shooting of the six year-old on friday engineer intersection of the 24th street and north street in north philadelphia. the child was hit in the shoulder, and is expect to be okay. police in wilmington are investigating a homicide after a woman was found stabbed to death in the portable potty, thinks an odd one. police got the call around 9:30. they went out to the kirk wood park on 11th and spruce streets when they got there they found a 31 year-old on woman covered in blood. she was pronounced dead at the scene. they have no lead on that one. also a warning from police packed with thousands office people, in las vegas, we know at least two people died, two dozen at least injured there a high velocity weapon firing multiple shots, police are saying that the shooter is down. it happened late last night at an outdoor music festival, our time it happened probably within the last few hours. concert goers reported seeing and hearing certainly the gun blast there many were trapped by the fences around the concert venue, this is right at mandalay bay, for a point of reference. university medical center says 12 people are in critical condition at just that hospital, they have shut down part of the strip right now, also the airport touches the back of the mandalay bay hotel , and that is also having flights being diverted. still a very active scene, as you can tell. we will have another update in just a moment as details coming in. also developing canadian authorities say somalia refugee is behind a car and knife attack on a police officer at a high speed chase that left four people injured over the weekend. canadian prime minister is calling it a terror attack, it happened saturday night outside canadian football game in edmond ton. a 30 year-old man has been taken in custody and they say he was likely work ago loan, he is facing charges including terrorism and five counts of attempted murder. officers found an isis flag in the car that hit the officer. authorities say that the suspect was actually flagged in 2015 for extreme idealology and police questioned him but he was not charge. the officer injured in that attack has been released from the hospital. a deadly knife attack in france is ising being investigated as a possible act of terror. two young woman were killed by a man with the knife at saint charles train station in marseille, yesterday, police say the attacker was shot and killed, they are trying to connect links to terrorism. police are investigating after a man was found shot and killed inside a home this happened in delaware county. they got a call about shots fired in kerlin street in chester just before 9:00 yesterday in the morning. officers check it out and didn't find anything. then they got another call about another shooting victim and that is when they found a man in his early 40's, that was shot, he was pronounced dead at the scene and that is now the 24th homicide in that community, just this year. and this is another odd one, shots fired at a sweet 16 birthday party, pitting two teenagers in wilmington delaware. one was shot in the foot, other in the leg, both were taken to the hospital. they are expected to recover, police say they were patrolling in the area at 30th and market street when they saw the group of teens fighting. then told investigators they just left the party, officers broke up that fight but shortly thereafter they heard gunshots and found two, 14 years old boys had been struck an alarming crime and now police are sending a warning to woman. reason why? look at the video here, authorities say that man took pictures of the woman's skirt up at a wal-mart. it happened last tuesday at a turnersville store. woman hurt the camera snapshot sound and she saw happened in las vegas we necessity there is a news conference about to begin right now where they have metro police, let's list men and take it live. >> at that location. he is dead, currently, and he has been, identified, he is a local resident, i will not release his name at this time. but we are interested in a companion, that is traveling with him, and her name is, i will provide you the names, so please be accurate on this is marry lou danley. and, she is a asian female, approximately, 4-foot 11, weight of 111-pounds. we have not located her, at this time, and we are interested in talking to her, for follow-up. two vehicles were interested in locating and we need your assistance with that. we've hyundai tucson with nevada plate 114 baker 40, b40 and chrysler pacifica touring nevada plate 19d401. these are the plates registered to the suspect, that we located at the mandalay bay. a couple of things that need to occur at this time. one, red cross is responding to the headquarters here at the police department at 400 south martin luther king to receive any phone calls from family members, who are trying to locate, the family that were attending the concert and they are unable to contact them. so that number will be establish here shortly and we will get it out shortly to publish sized it shortly. additionally anybody that may have cell phone video or any type of video associated with this event that would be a benefit to the investigation please respond to the las vegas metropolitan police department headquarters at 400 south martin luther king and we will take custody on have that video. if you have it, evaluate it and you think it would be a benefit please bring that down to the headquarters. so, family members, if you are unable to call or you do in the want to wait for a call and you want to respond in person we have set up a family retreat area for to you respond so we can help you locate your loved won here at the headquarters. you will be contacted by a police officer here at headquarters and they will direct you to where you need to go. standing with me is special agent in charge of the fbi aaron rouse, he is assisting with the investigation which is ongoing and then we have fire chief greg castle from clark county fire, and they are assisting with all of the victims. as far as number of victims i cannot give you an accurate number at this point. we have well in excess of 100 plus injured and excess of 20 plus that have died at this point. so we will get those numbers to you accurately as soon as we can but please bear with us , this is an ongoing investigation but we are comfortable that the primary aggressor in this event has died or passed away and is in longer a threat. there has been multiple, multiple phone calls, and accusations or conjecture coming through social media that there is multiple shooters at other resorts. that has been proven to be false. additionally there has been accusations or beliefs that there is explosives going off and that is also false. only explosive contained in this event was our swat team in the room. so please, we are pretty confident that there is in longer a threat, other than we are attempt to go locate the person of interests. not at this point we believe it is a local individual, he reside is here locally. i'm not at liberty to give you his place of residence yet because it is ongoing investigation we we don't know what his belief system was at this time. >> unaudible. >> i'm sorry, i cannot hear you we have in a deat this point, it is ongoing put that out there, a female suspect they are still looking for. suspect in this case was shot, taken in custody on the 32nd floor of one of the buildings there and we have new information about a vehicle chrysler pacifica they are looking for. we will put together this information. >> need to clarify the main suspect, we had reported that suspect was down, it has been confirmed that suspect is dead and they are looking for a person of interest who may have been traveling with the main suspect, female person of interest, we will have more on that and two vehicles they are actively searching
