So, 50s this morning, in pottstown, in doylestown, upper 50s, allentown, right at 60 degrees, and these numbers dropped the last hour, they may drop the next hour, so we might be little cooler wait to go step outside. Once the sun comes up, they will quickly warm up. There they are in the 50s, south and east, and lewes, delaware at 62, there is a couple of 60s to the south. Sixty to 65. Last night Fox News Channel megan kelly spoke with victim Allison Parkers farther and boyfriend, chris hurts, from malvern, also, had attended Temple University. Twentyfour year old Allison Parker and photographer 27 year old adam ward shot and killed doing the job they loved. Ward and parker were a team every morning, reporting for wdbj7 in roanoke, virginia, parker had just moved in with hirst, and told they were planning a future together. Hirst told us that he and allison worked opposite shift, so when he got home late at night he made her breakfast, made sure she got to work safely. Yesterday he work up to the horrifying news. She would always text me, we would always be concerned, texting each other when we got to work safely, and she texted me good night sweet boy. That was the last i had ever heard from her, then i was startled awake this morning from phonecalls from the station telling me that there had been a shooting on Live Television, and i needed to come to the station. Allison, she was only 24 years old, she only turned 24 a week ago, and yet she lived a great life. I mean, she did a loft stuff. She excelled in everything she did. And she loved what she did. She loved the people that she worked with. She was happen which her place in life. Photographer adam ward was engage today a producer at the station, melissaott from gibbstown, new jersey, it was her last day on the taking new position in a new market. Instead of celebrating the achievement with her friends at the station she had to watch in horror as her fiancee was murdered on live tv. She was in the control room producing the newscast, family friends, reporter at the station, she was posting on facebook all day yesterday that she was with missle an ott and was posting on her behalf, she appreciated all of the texts, emails, phonecalls, but asking for everyones privacy during this time. Ot. It is a graduate of penn state university. She also interned at a television station here in philadelphia. So we do have tyson both parts of the victims in this horrible as you learn each new detail of this story. So horrible, and everyone processes grief in a different way. And i didnt see the megan kelly interview yesterday afternoon, but, that Allison Parkers father and serious boyfriends went on tv just to process and talk about it in front of millions of people, as an interesting way, some would just want to go and isolate, deal with their grief privately. You know what, chris, and her father did speak on air, he did say i did that for her. I knew that thats what she wanted to do. And megan kelly had also started asking father and boyfriend, a little bit more about the killer. He said no, no, no, i am not here to talk about that, i am their focus on my daughter, my daughters achievement, im doing this for her, honoring her life. Yes, investigators describe the shooters note as part suicide, part plan fest taigle said he was gay black man and felt he was mistreated in chilling sometimes rambling note he said he bought his gun two days after the june shooting at this historically black church in charleston where nine people were killed, quote, what sent me over the top with the Church Shooting and my hollow point bullet have the victims initials on them, end quote. Yep, a lot of questions still. The first call came in at 1 00. You can see, one of the cars from the 22nd district still here, crime scene unit and the homicide detectives just showed up. And here is the building where it happened. You can see the door open here on the ground floor, there was no sign of any breakin. What happened was two friends of a very large, 24 year old man, came here to see him at 1 00 in the morning. They discovered him shot in the head. They called police. They think immediately. Now go up to the third floor, you can see, crude kind of curtains that cover the windows, but the lights are on. And you can see thats where this man lived. Not a lot of furniture. No ransacking in there. He was found dead in a small room that look like a workroom. Thats how the chief inspector described it to us. He said in the room residue both on the counter top and on the floor and a very strong odor of marijuana. So he thinks this could be a drugrelated murder. They dont have a weapon. They have a bullet casing right next to this man, his body. So they think it was a semiautomatic weapon that spent that shell casing out. But they think this possible that this guy may have a weapon himself. But he was so large that police could not even turn over his body. So they got some help here. Them get forties covary. They thought no way is this a suicide. But they think he was just murdered. They wont be surprised if they dont finds a weapon if the killer shot him and took off, maybe with drug proceeds or drugs themselves. So thats what they have here. Just off girard avenue, not far from Temple University around some very nice brand newtown homes and apartments, even gated parking lot around here. So this is an up and coming area of north philadelphia here in the 1400 block of popular. We are learning new details about the gunman, investigators say he left behind a manifesto claiming the violence was retaliation for the charleston Church Shooting, sister lee flannagan, who went by Bryce Williams on tv, ambushed the crew, at a Shopping Center in virginia. He called Allison Parker, and photographer, adam ward, and injured the woman who parker was interviewingment williams was former reporter for that station. Police chased him on a virginia highway where they say he turned the gun on himself. He later died at a hospital. Social media played a big part in this horrific attack. The gunman documented all of it then posted it on line after fleeing the scene. That was the most chilling part of there is i found. In fact, it is a disturbing trends, some say, is quickly becoming the norm with these types of attacks. Experts warn we could see more incidents just like this. Somebody else might copy. This and you know the media is pretty ready target. You know, i mean, there are injuries going on all the time, media people traveling all the time, moving around, it can often become a focus of anger. The gunman allege that other employees made racially tinged comment, to him, and he even filed an eeoc claim. Though claims, however, were dismissed but expert call the frustration aggression theory, say the frustration builds until it comes out in a very unhealthy way eventually. Colorado judge formally sentenced james holmes to multiple life terms and thousands of years behind bars. Holmes received one life term for each person he killed and why the gave him the maximum possible 3,318 years in prison for the attempted murders every those he hurt. He is not eligible for parole.
