>> reporter: police in easton now say the three men are also charged in the murder of a 22-year-old man in easton, 45 minutes before the allentown murders. >> what should be noted that did not know the victims of the fatal shooting in allentown nor do i believe they knew the victim of the fatal shooting in easton. >> reporter: back at the murder scene neighbors are still upset over the violence just a few doors down. they were happy to hear about the arrest and hoping the victim's families will get justice. >> i pray for them. >> reporter: now, west is also wanted in connection with a homicide in union county, new jersey. police say surveillance video and some crack work at the crime lab helped lead to these arrests arrests. they would not discuss the motive for the murders. iain? >> all right, dave, thank you. another dui arrest for former eagles star quarterback donovan mcnabb. he was arrested around midnight on june 28th 28th in gilbert arizona. police say he rear ended another car stopped at a light. the police did not say whether mcnabb took a field so yi before the test or what his blood level was. this is the second time he's been arrest forward dui first arrest came back in december of 2013. >> police investigation is underway into a deadly accident involving septa bus. bus hit and killed a man in center city this morning near 11th and walnut streets. police say the driver didn't know that he had hit anyone in fact taxi driver had to flag him down a few blocks away. they have not released the department at the of the man who died. bizarre and deadly scene at a atlantic city convenience store. crime scenes both inside the store and outside in the parking lot. two men are dead tonight. one killed by atlantic city police. as fox 29 weekend anchor karen hepp reports police say they have no choice but to use deadly force. >> reporter: what happened here at this cedar market was absolutely horrific and absolutely senseless. one of the owners we spoke with had just watched the video a short time ago. they have about six surveillance cameras and was so rattled he said it is video no mother should ever have to see. clutching a knife a crazed frequent customer barged into this neighborhood store say the owners and brutally stabbed an innocent victim a worker making coffee sift his second day on the job. >> he started working yesterday. and today 7:00 o'clock, 8:00 o'clock he was killed. >> two fellas that were here, they were such a shock. you can't get a word out of them. they're just in disbelief. they're very depressed and they're very timid. so really not been able to talk to them. other than sit there and comfort them a little bit. but they're a mess. >> reporter: atlantic city officer quickly gunned down the suspect. so the county prosecutors are happened link the investigation. at least six cameras captured the senseless attack. >> it's not a hold up. it's not a fight. it's not somebody arguing with somebody. just just walked in and he saw the guy was by the coffee machine, and he want to do kill somebody. he had knife with him and he cut his throat. >> by all accounts the victim was just in the wrong place at the to make a little money and sent this money to his family. >> reporter: now that priest is praying he says making the plans to send that body of that innocent victim that clerk home right now. the owners here at the store they'll do whatever they can to help with that. in atlantic city, i'm karen hepp fox 29 news. a texas man now bringing a wrongful death lawsuit against philadelphia and also wants the city's duck boats to disappear. on may eighth duck boat hit and killed elizabeth car nicky as she crossed a chinatown intersection. witnesses say car nicky was looking down at app electronic device when she stepped into the street and walking against a red light. they clear the driver involved. corners for her family, however insist the duck boats are dangerous and her husband wants them gone. he asked to us band the -- ban the ducks and remove the duck boats from philadelphia. three deaths in less than five years have proven that the duck boats are dangerous on the water and dangerous on the land. >> attorneys held their news conference today for a reason. on july 7th 2010, 2 hungarian tourists rift died after the duck boat they were on collided with a barge on the delaware river. these lawyers also represented those victims and got $17 million. 24 hours after a fire tour through an upper darby pay less shoe store and several businesses remain closed tonight. ordered a release of a document from 2005 case against him and in them cosby admitted he got prescription drugs to give to women he wanted to have sex with with. >> astonishing admission. honestly you never expect to see somebody say something like that in a proceeding like this. >> cosby's testimony was part of a sexual abuse lawsuit filed by a former temple university employee. the case settled in 2006. but more than two dozen other women have come forward recently claiming do's bee drugged and sexually assaulted them. the 77-year-old has never faced any criminal charges. you soon will have to pay more at pennsylvania turnpike tolls. the turnpike commission just approving a 6% toll increase for both e-z pass and cash customers customers. the commission says the money is needed to replace money borrowed to make road repairs. so here's what it means for you the toll jump from that $1.9 to dollar 16 if you've got e seem pass. if you're paying cash prices jump from $1.70 to $1.85. the you can see mid 80s in wilmington as well millville. it's 80 in trenton. but once again when you factor in that humidity, it feels like even hotter. find out which one to expect more rain and a break and charged in chester county on friday. police say the wilmington delaware man had inappropriate contact with a teenaged student while he was principal and teacher at concept school. the west town school said simons had been fired. he's out of jail tonight after posting $100,000 bail. >> it is a hot commodity so much so new jersey lawmakers are trying to regular date breast milk. lawmakers looking how to over seat buying and selling of it. one bill calls for the state department of health to set up licensing requirements between non and for profit companies. it would create procedures well this is such a heartbreaking story lucy. the woman fostering brody is offering a $500 reward. she's been taking care of this dog as it if were her own training him and loving him and now missing him. >> this is cell phone video that kathleen took of her foster pup brody to send to his owners. kathleen is a volunteer with pact a non-profit that fosters dogs for service members who are dough employed. she's been caring for brody for over a year now. 90-pound pitbull mix making himself quiet at home become especially attached to kathleen's dog sasha. >> favorite thing they would do every night they would fall asleep together, paw and paw. >> kathleen deciding to become a military foster because pact actually fostered her two dogs a couple of years ago while she was in the new jersey air national guard and serving in afghanistan. >> they helped me in time of need and this was my way of returning the favor. >> reporter: but on thursday, the unthinkable happened. kathleen was out of town for the day. says a friend let the dogs out the back door. they're trained not to leave the yard but for some reason brody took off. >> i am devastated. i haven't slept um, always i do is think about him. getting him back and that's my main concern. >> reporter: kathleen who's eight months pregnant has searched the thick woods around her home in mays landing alone and with volunteers. >> he's scared. he's never been in the woods before. >> reporter: she's making and posting signs all around the community. but so far no luck. >> all i know that brody was my responsibility. and he got away from me. >> reporter: he's never ever done this before. >> never done this before. >> reporter: kathleen was fostering brody for air force master sergeant michael lloyd and his family. heart broken kathleen breaking the news to them on friday. >> probably one of the hardest phone calls i've ever made. >> reporter: to make matters worse brody's family planned to pick up the family pet in the next couple of week. the dad is retiring from the military and they're all moving back to new jersey. now brody is nowhere to be found. if you see him call hamilton township police. brody's foster we're following breaking news tonight out of philadelphia philadelphia. police arresting a man they say was involved in a shotgun shooting that injured seven people last month. officers caught 36-year-old dennis tin daal today. investigators say on june 22nd tin daal and another man opened fire on a crowd of people on the 700 block of east hilton street. seven people were hurt including a child. police are still looking for the other person in that shooting. to your fox 29 weather authority now. scott williams what you got. >> hazy, hot and humid today iain and lucy. the high made it up to 91 degrees much that's above the normal this time of year which is 87. but look at the record. 103 just back in 2010. so it can get pretty hot this time of year. as we look at the numbers right now, it's 89 degrees currently in philadelphia. but take a look at what it actually feels like. it feels like into degrees when you factor in all of that oppressive humidity. the air temperatures right now it's 85 in reading. 86 currently in wilmington. we're looking at 87 in dover. and down the shore it's still kind of warm but not quite as oppressive. you can see 79 right now cape may. 82 in wildwood. 80 in beach haven. but factor in that humidity, how your body reacts it feels like none in wilmington it feels like into currently in dover and into in philadelphia. so isolated pop up storm but otherwise it's just going to stay pretty warm, steamy and muggy. we're looking at temperatures by 11:00 o'clock in philadelphia still right around 81 degrees. so ultimate doppler right now fairly settled across the area. but we were looking at a few pop up showers and thunderstorm in the lehigh valley and pocono mountains and diminishing downpour moving through sections of mercer county so just to the north of the trenton area right now as you move toward princeton looking at heavy downpours at this hour. but tomorrow's system is still off to the west. it's a cold front you can see along and out ahead of it we're looking at downpours a couple of severe thunderstorm warnings. so that front will progress toward our area tomorrow to give us better chances for those gusty showers and storms. so a dry start tomorrow but it is going to be pretty warm and humid and then you can see by the afternoon bam we get some of the activity just blossoming along that front and you can see some of the downpours scattered about across the area. it could make for a wet afternoon and evening commute and then things start to try and settle down as we move toward wednesday night. but that front will linger into thursday giving us another chance by thursday afternoon and evening for scattered downpours. temperatures tonight in the city 76 degrees. 70 in the bushes so pretty warm and muggy overnight. and that means a hot and humid day tomorrow. 88 degrees will be the high temperature with those scattered gusty thunderstorms along that front. so anyone that sees the rain tomorrow expect some flash flood proa potentially as well as maybe a few severe thunderstorms. as we go hour by hour tomorrow, you can see partly sunny to mostly cloudy. 88 degrees for the high temperature. the best chance for thunderstorms during the heat of the day tomorrow afternoon and evening. that weather authority seven day forecast shows scattered showers and storms thursday. 86. not as hot or
