mother stabbed to death in north philadelphia. >> lets get to sabina kuriakose live at police headquarters with what happened sabina. >> reporter: homicide detectives are searching for any clue that may lead to whoever hurt this 17 year-old girl that includes any surveillance video they may have been able to gather a at walgreens where this happened. it happened at 3:00 o'clock sunday morning. her family says that the 17 year-old anita cotton was stabbed in the walgreens parking lot along 49200 block of north broad street, witnesses say two groups of young people, 20 people in all, gathered in the parking lot when they began to brawl. one woman and neighbor who lives nearby said she looked up, saw a girl fall to the ground. whether he she rush over to help girl had wound on her neck back, arms from a knife and anita's brother said she got back from fourth of july festivities along the parkway. >> it happened so fast but girl was walking and then she fell, she was holding her neck and then she fell. me and him ran over to her. i was going to start cpr because i know cpr but she was gone. >> she was 17 years old. she has a two years old. real family oriented. there is nothing really i can say, nobody would hurt her, like i don't know. >> her family pleading for any information, anybody who may have seen this to come forward so they can track down, whoever did this to a neat a now again she leaves behind a two-year old son her family plans a vigil in north philadelphia at her family's home to remember her guys. >> terrible story thanks sabina. philadelphia's mayor
