That man immediately wrapped the boy up, rushed downstairs and raised him to joint base andrews where the police was then transported to Childrens Hospital and were told he is now fighting for his life tonight. The 33 y man is distraught. We are speaking with him now so we are very much in the early stages of this investigation. So theres some questions were not going to be able to answer at this point, but he is distraught. He is cooperative. He is speaking with us. This was a child who he had been asked to take care of when this tragic accident occurred. Now, this is what we know so far about the man who was watching the boy tonight. We learned that he isoformer military. It is unclear right now what branch hes associated with, but again he is a former military member. As far as the relationship goes between the boy and the man, again, as i mentioned, that man was baby situating per the parents request so babysitting that boy tonight.
