This is not normal. Unfortunately the infrastructure we built 20, 30 years ago around these streets and the drainage systems is not keeping up with the weather patterns. Homeowner waspi tells news 4 that during the time hes lived here, hes noticed thea ares drainage system both natural and manmade, has been unable to keep up with the rain.
