At least two parked cars were hit by gunfire overnight along the 5000 block of haverford avenue. A number of shell casings were visibly there on the ground. Armed robbers made off with 80,000 during a heist at a hotel in northeast philadelphia. Police say they took the money from a guests room last night at the Roosevelt Inn on roosevelt boulevard.
