the heart of the valley on sunday. a windchill warning in the poconos. as we wake up tomorrow morning in philadelphia, we are calling for a low temperature of minus one. we can break the record of minus four in 2014. this could be the coldest air we have seen in 24 years. the last time we saw numbers dipping this low was 1994 and temperatures of minus five early sunday morning. we have more
