According to investigators wt started as a verbal argument between the two, escalated into a physical altercation which led the woman to call in some family members. The victims were taken to penn Presbyterian Hospital by officers one in critical condition. Saw people yelling and saying they were shot. So i came out and tried to help those who were shot, a girl stopped me and grabbed my coat and asked me to help her, because there was a guy hanging out of the car who was unconscious, h wasnt breathing.
