I think we should start by saying a lot of people didnt want to talk about it and we would approach them and ask them a question and plightly listen and say they didnt want to talk about it. This is a complex issue and they dont know how its going to impact them at this point in time. Taxes are complicated beyond the brackets do you itemize or do you rent or do you own . Do you have children or do you have investments or pay more than 10,000 in state and local taxes all of those are issues here and some people looked at the numbers and had this to say. Officers say it happened at 8 0025 in the 900 block of devereux avenue and walked past a green minivan with a man inside and one standing near the open trunk of the vehicle. The children walked by them and he made a gesture or comment to come here or get into the car. And the children ran and the police say the man chased them on foot for a short distance and made it two blocks to the Elementary School where police were called.
