staying dry and keeping the clouds. but because of the winds it's cooler than the numbers seen here and windchills in the upper 30s and low 40s for today. and then tomorrow we begin the solstice. winter solstice is tomorrow at exactly 11:28 the direct rays are over the tropic of capricorn. and we are the farthest away from the sun and we see less sun and more cooler temperatures. we are
