One of the rowers who did not want to be identified spoke to us by phone. Definitely shocking and i didnt know how to react at first one of us jumped in and tried to open one of the door and it wouldnt open and we went to the first door and found the person that was in the vehicle and pulled them out. The person was unresponsive but breathing. Reporter soon paramedics would provide and provide medical care for the 61yearold Driver Police are still trying to determine how the car actually ended up in the river but grateful to the row team. Tomorrow is dry and windy and cool and the rain long but the cool snap that moves in behind it will actually have staying power and sky aheae cold front and steady rain is moving into south jersey currently the yellows and even sold reddownpours that will con push to the east and then we have a few scattered light showers moving across the western suburbs and what this will do is bring a big change in temperatures ahead of the front we had a strong wind out of the south and 58 in philadelphia down from our high of 63, 15 degrees below normal but behind that front temperatures in the 30s right now and we will be stuck with unseasonably cool weather for probably the next several weeks so looking ahead the rain wraps up quickly and out of here by dawn and much cooler pattern takes over and sticks around for several weeks and i am tracking the possibility of not one, not two but actually three opportunities for some snow ill talk more about that in the sevenday forecast, jim. Thank you, cecily. Still on the rainy side out there action cam looking at uss new jersey tonight on this cloudy, damp night and the rain is also with the cold front that will bring us a dramatic change in ou temperatures and that change is going to last and double scan live showing th rain is approaching the coast of new jersey and elsewhere we just have some showers but really the bigger deal with the system its not the rain tonight its what is behind it so the accuweather highlights will show you we dry out before dawn and this really sets up for a cooler pattern, we are looking at highs only in the 40s and 30s after todays high of 63 a bit of a shock to the system and this cold looks to last a while, a good chance of it lasting through the end of december so we do have that front bringing some of that rain, you can see the yellow actually the steadier rain is hitting the coast right now and its moving pretty quickly and then we do have a few showers in the western suburbs ahead of the front that will bring us a wind change right now the front hasnt actually arrive still have really mild temperatures philadelphia 59 degrees with that wind out of the south, dover still 60, reading 55 aay currently 57. So s radar showing again the system doesnt have lot of moisture, generally less than a half inch of rain and then west of pittsburgh we do have some clearing but tomorrow its going to be one of those days the clouds will be tough to break completely and its going to be on the windy side so dress for winter at 7 00, 44 we actually drop a bit by mid morning, 43 degrees by 10 00 and then temperatures managing to make it up in the mid to upper 40s and the average high for this time of year is 48 and seasonable but with wind gusts up to 30 Miles Per Hour its going to feel cooler this new y last a few to several weeks with a big dip in theje stream below average temperatures and several opportunities for at least some snow flakes in the air. Rst one comes with a coastal l t forms along the coast and moves through tonight and kind of stalls to our south. Snow showers could brush i95 and south friday night into saturday morning best chance of steady snow will be right along the coast. The latest model showing this will be a pretty weak system stay tuned on that sunday an upper level low brings us a few scattered snow showers and potential for another system next tuesday so not only is it a cool weather pattern its also pretty unsettled so the exclusive accuweather sevenday forecast its brisk and chilly tomorrow more clouds and sun with that wind 2530 Miles Per Hour. Gusting 47 degrees the high, thursday the same temperature but less wind, more sunshine, it will feel better 47. Friday clouds increase with a potential for some evening snow showers mainly south and east of philadelphia, the high only 41 degrees. Future tracker showing maybe light flurries along i95 and steadier closer to the coast and heading to the weekend 42 on saturday, clouds and sunshine, some scattered snow showers on sunday the high only 39, partly sunny on tuesday, 41 degrees and tuesday hanukkah begins and could begin with rain and snow showers and a high of 44 degree so snow lovers can be optimistic with the cold air and unsettled weather we do have a few opportunities for snow.
