Westbound work zones on 76 south street and by the blue route have also cleared and there was no overnight construction along 95 in pennsylvania. So were looking good there with speeds in the mid50s. There was some work on 95 northbound in delaware in newport but thats gone. However, still have some construction on 495 northbound past edgemoor road. Two left lanes out there and that often lasts until 7 oclock. And in Gloucester County watch out for work until 6 oclock, so for the next hour along 55 southbound long stretch between 322 and route 40, right lane out of commission there on this tuesday morning. It was taken from the little girls lawn last week. Now, the family is hoping that someone will give it back. It just makes me very disappointed as a child that a grownup would take my walker. Reporter 10yearold Kiersten Edwards alexander of wilmington has Cerebral Palsy. She says since her walker was taken from her front lawn, she can only rely on her wheelchair for mobility. Its very hard to not walk right now because i love walking. Reporter surveillance camera from last thursday shows a white pickup truck stopping in front of her home on rodney drive. It was within a minute of kiersten and her mother pulling out of the driveway the walker accidentally left on the lawn. A man dressed in what appears to be construction gear loaded up the walker and left. A neighbor who wanted to remain anonymous said her home cameras captured those moments. It looked like a scrap metal truck like if they were scrap metaling through the neighborhood but it looks really suspicious because she left and he pulled up. Reporter its a custom walker 3 feet tall and royal blue. By the time kierstens mother realized the mistake and called home, the walker was already gone. Its a heartless person. Chopper6 was over the scene Bridge Street and loretto avenue last night. Police rushed the man to the hospital. That man underwent surgery and is in Critical Condition while Police Continue to work the case. A crash in lindenwold injured one person. Chopper6 late last night along the 2,000 block of egg harbor road. The crash happened just before 10 00 in the evening. The road was closed during the investigation. Authorities have not yet revealed details about their investigation. The driver who struck and killed a man in bucks county, then took off running, is still on the loose. The crash happened early yesterday morning in the 2900 block of state road in croydon. The driver struck 46yearold James Aufschlag lost control, drove into a ditch and then took off on foot through a swamp and escaped. This happened as aufschlag was left wounded on the side of the road. It was a Good Samaritan from the traffic, got out of his car and ran down and got a blanket for him and we were talking to him, said the ambulance is on its way its going to be okay. Despite their efforts aufschlag died at the hospital. Police have recovered the car which has a large hole in the windshield. Investigators do not believe the owner of the car was the one behind the wheel at the time. If you have any information, call Bristol Township police. We have learned the deaths of two Temple University students who died last week in separate incidents were both overdoses. Michael patas was found dead in the Universitys Library on november 30th. And then this past saturday police were called to the off Campus Apartment of 20yearold james orlando. He was also responsive when medics got to the scene. The philadelphia medical examiner did not say exactly what drug was found in either mans system. Temple University Says it is grieving the loss of both of these gentlemen as the semester comes to a close. So, when its closed, ben franklin highway and high street or else 724 are alternates but right now 422 eastbound is opened and ready for you. Getting word of a new problem in east Goshen Chester county, a vehicle struck a deer. That deer is laying in the roadway along Reservoir Road at bramble lane. Never like to hear about that. But watch out for the deer they are out there especially dusk and dawn. Westbound packing up near Fort Washington so a couple lanes still out there and then on the turnpike in bucks county we have a zone in each direction along the turnpike near del val. One lane blocked each way. At this point no big delays. Overnight construction at the burlington bristol bridge has cleared out. They packed up and all lanes are reopened. In south jersey even though most of our zones are gone were hearing now in the one work zone along 295 northbound at 42 on the ramp there is going to stay out there until 8 oclock. If that ends up happening, that could cause some pretty big delays this morning so if youre trying to get to 42, im not sure i would do so via 295 northbound. I think that could be a chokepoint as the morning progresses. And work in Egg Harbor Township on the garden state parkway northbound just cleared so you are good to go there on this tuesday morning.
