M. When firefighters arrived they found flames shooting from the upper floor. A 70yearold man was rescued. He was treated for burns to his hands and face. No word on what sparked the blaze. Fire officials are on the scene of the devastating fire in west chester. They are hoping to be able to get a look inside the facility today as officials continue to account for everyone who was inside the Senior Citizens open when the flames erupted.
