Witnesses said that the male was shot, while sitting on a porch, and we checked the area of the porch of the resident we found one slug embedded in the wall behind a chair, a wicker chair, that the victim was sitting in. Witnesses say argument at a bar nearby may have played a role. Police talked to those witnesses overnight. Also developing this Morning Police arrested a man they say tried to run down a sheriffs deputy on the south philadelphia street. Investigators say late last night driver tried to hit the sheriff deputy at seventh and big letter.
