We were looking at the potential of some fog development and we are getting a little bit of that in Atlantic County and up the coast towards toms river. Any of these dark patches suggest that but most of us arent dealing with it. Not today. Theyre saying it could be out here as late as 8 oclock this morning. That would be a mess here. This is the schuylkill westbound at 202. And we see construction blocking the right lane, already just a little bit slow through this area and so late running crews out there on the schuylkill westbound blocking a lane. Now, earlier in the overnight we had the schuylkill westbound at 30th street shut down. That overnight construction has cleared but this crew is still out here and theyre saying it could take awhile longer. We have an accident investigation happening right now. This is pike creek in New Castle County here on route seven southbound all lanes are blocked at new linden hill road and even one northbound lane blocked so this accident investigation could take a little while. At enterprise avenue on 95 we have an accident, tractortrailer and another vehicle they moved it off to the shoulder so youre moving a little better on i95 northbound but nonetheless an accident involving a tractortrailer now off to the side, tam. Okay, thank you, karen. We begin with breaking news. A hail of gunfire in north philadelphia left one person dead and two others badly wounded. Lets go over to action News Reporter katherine scott. Shes live for us now from police headquarters. Good morning, katherine. Reporter good morning, tam. Thats right, three people were shot, one of them died. The motive in this case remains under investigation and detectives here at the Homicide Division are investigating. Lets go to that video from north philadelphia. You can see police on the scene there for hours overnight. They just wrapped up about 15 minutes ago. This happened shortly before 1 00 a. M. On the 600 block of perth place in north philadelphia at the philadelphia housing authoritys Spring Garden apartments. Police initially thought this was a double shooting. Arriving officers found two men in the courtyard. They both had been shot. A 58yearold man hit in the leg and hip is in stable condition at hahnemann. The second man who is 26 was shot in the hip and is in critical condition. While police were there investigating a neighbor discovered a third victim. He was lying in the bushes between buildings. He was shot in the back. Police know his name. They say he was in his late 20s, early 30s. Police rushed him to hahnemann where he was pronounced dead shortly before 2 00 a. M. Witnesses described one gunman. Investigators say more than a dozen shots were fired from two weapons and Police Station are hoping Surveillance Footage helps in this investigation. Fortunately there are some realtime crime cameras in the neighborhood. Police are contacting our Realtime Crime Center to see if those cameras recorded anything that can help us. Reporter at this point the description provided by witnesses of the gunman is not very specific. They just say he was wearing dark clothing, he was wearing a mask and he took off on foot. A shooting victim in wilmington delaware is fighting for his life. The gunfire erupted on the 2600 block of north harrison street at 11 oclock last night. Police say the victim was shot multiple times and is in the hospital in critical condition. Police do not have any suspects or a motive at this time. Also new, a driver was killed during a collision with an 18 wheeled dump truck in delaware. The deadly crash happened at limestone road and linden hill road in pike creek at 3 a. M. The crash caused the truck to spill its load of chicken feed all over the road. Police expect lane closures at the intersection through todays morning rush. The man who police say shot his exgirlfriends mother in Montgomery County late last week has been found dead. This is new video just in from the scene, a wawa parking lot in schuylkill township, chester county. District attorney tom hogan says 30yearold Gregory Feldman was found in a black sedan there dead from an apparent suicide. A reward had just been offered for information on feldmans whereabouts. He is wanted or was wanted for shooting his exgirlfriends 48yearold mother at her home in limerick on friday. She is still recovering but is expected to survive. Hes the owner of the franchise billed as Americas Team and a staunch donald trump supporter because there was jerry jones on his knee arms linked with his team and coaches in a move that was a surprise to many but they did it in a way that let them cater to both sides of the debate.
