It happened just before 3 oclock near west broad Street Elementary School in franconia township. The two victims were rushed to the hospital with serious injuries. He stands accused tonight of three counts of Sexual Assault on children and related charges. For years dumas has run a young Boys Dance Group known as the dollar boys. Here he is on youtube. Now dumas has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting an eightyearold from his dance troupe this summer. But dumas has been under some suspicion for years.
