61 degrees. ever so slightly humid. starting you off in the suburbs in a lot of spots you're in the 50s, here a look at the day ahead. 9:00 a.m., bright sunshine, 74. noon, 83. warm and sunny through the afternoon. # p.m., 88. 6:00 p.m., 87 that's when we have the chance of seeing a shower or thunderstorm in a few spots coming down from a high of 89. warm slightly humid, a shower on the way, one monday morning, we are on the blue route. we have a crash involving an overturned dump truck, they are getting all three lanes open. this accident happened before 4:00 a.m. and it's caused quite the delay. looks like they are getting things pushed off to the right shoulder. as we go back i see there are flares blocking off the left lanes, but i don't see anything in them. as we go to the next camera shot you'll see the delay we're seeing, sea of traffic coming northbound from the route 1 media bypass through this point at route 3, west chester pike. use 3 # -- 320 or 352 through delco. looks like they will get all the northbound lanes reopened now that they have everything on the blue route pushed off to the side. watching a crash in perkiomen montgomery county. blocking the southbound lanes of route 29. use township line road, sykes road, 73 skippack pike. on the big picture, crash on i-95 northbound at allegheny they say pushed off to the off ramp. so all lanes open. southbound no delays. construction in trenton blocking a lane 29 northbound. because of the police activity in trenton. robling avenue is blocked and restrictions at anderson and amber avenue. stick with liberty and chamber streets. matt you have more on what's going on in trenton. >> it is our breaking news story, three people were shot in trenton this morning. >> it unfolded just about 3 hours ago, let's go to katherine scott on the scene at robling avenue. >> reporter: erin and matt a triple shooting. no word from police on the conditions of the victims. this stretch of robling is closed off for the police investigation. we're standing by franklin that's closed off by washington where the shooting happened this morning. what led up to the shooting is still under investigation. we are told two people were shot in their back, we don't know where that third person was wounded. police haven't released the severity of their injuries, but we know they were all taken to the hospital for treatment. i did speak to the cousin of two of the victims he said that his cousins live at a house they were outside talking smoking a cigarette. he said it is likely they were outside when that happened. neighbors said they heard something going on outside and they looked out and saw all the police vehicles. >> we heard a truck backing up, it sounded like a tow truck. we looked out the windows and there were police lights everywhere. we came outside and looked and walked down the block and saw a person getting put on a gurney. >> reporter: back here live on robling in trenton where the investigation is underway, police are looking for witnesses, they are looking for surveillance footage and they were here gathering physical evidence like shell casings, we're waiting to hear what they found this morning, we have not heard a lot of information from police, but we know three people were shot, we don't know their conditions. the stay with "action news" as we continue to follow mall. investigators say the fire was contained to a stairwell which is right next to the grand lux cafe on north gulph road. the damage was minor. the maul ask expected to open on schedule today. new this morning, firefighters battled a house fire in gloucester county. an "action news" viewer sent this picture of the home, but in mantua township. the roof of the home partially collapsed leaving the home with significant damage. two people inside were able to make it out safely. officials with south jersey gas are looking into a gas leak in the back of the property. >> accident investigators are trying to stitch together the final seconds of a philadelphia police officer's life. sergeant rafael ali was 32 years old and father of two and ten year veteran of the department. he was killed in roxborough saturday night. his pick up crashed into a tree there were no signs he even tried to brake. autopsy will reveal clues that may reveal heed a medical -- he had a medical problem. he died on the good news the truck was not carrying anything in it, it was empty, so we didn't have to deal with a debris spill that helped us out a lot. the northbound lanes are moving better north of the route 1 media bypass on route 3. no big delays. looking better there. we're hearing in perkiomen gravel pike is in the process of reopening. southbound side of 29 was blocked, chopper 6 is on the scene. we have pictures before there is anything left there, i'm hearing things are clearing out. however there's a new crash in the lehigh valley on the westbound side of 22 one of my favorites mockchunk road. one lane out of commission. construction in trenton 29 northbound. because of the police activity katherine has been telling us about, expect robling and washington streets to be blocked. a little fog this morning, karen said it's getting better, but they have 45-mile an hour speed restrictions between 7a and 85. wowment watch out for construction on bar wood road and the timber ridge development. >> louisiana state trooper is in critical condition with severe neurological damage getting shot in the head at close range during a traffic stop. tumor -- trooper stephen vincent pulled him over. the he pulled out a sawed off shotgun and shot him in the head. several people stopped to help the trooper and subdued him with the police officer's handcuffs. firefighters have made grounds on battling the magazinessive wildfires and visibility and air quality are binning to improve. 200 homes have been destroyed and 1,000 others are threatened by the others. three firefighters have died while vine and i-76. i-95 southbound side approaching cottman from the bridge into girard. if you ride septa's west trenton regional rail line you're on the buses just like the weekend between wood bourn police remain on the scene gathering evidence. the circumstances around the shooting are under investigation, but it happened just before 3:00 a.m. we're told two people were shot in their backs, we don't know where the third person was wounded. all of them were taken to the hospital for treatment. we spoke to a man who said his cousins were two of the victims. likely having a cigarette outside maine. these are new pictures in from fryburg police, the 56-year-old man from media attempted to lands after ultralight engine failure. the 56-year-old has been flying for 12 years and had not released his name. attorney general kathleen kane is expected to appear at her preliminary hearing in montgomery county accused of leaking grand jury information to a reporter and lying under oath. house fire in kensington. this broke out around 3:00 a.m. on arbor street. the fire blew out the second story windows. firefighters had the flames under control in 15 minutes. no word on what sparked the blaze. >> an accident at the poconos raceway landed a indy car racer in the hospital. a piece of a car flew off and hit justin wilson in the head. the only thing protecting wilson was his helmet. gunfire erupt the at robling avenue and washington street. all three victims were taken to the hospital. police have not announced an arrest or motive. pennsylvania attorney general kathleen kane is
