tonight by irs and fbi for alleged campaign fraud. sources tell "action news" a grand youry was empanelled two months ago. at issue, whether campaign contribution from his 201 reelection bid were spent on expensive gym membership among other items. williams was not charged and denied the allegations. a spokesperson for him tonight blames all of this on political hard ball with embattled state attorney general kathleen kane who was charged with lying to authorities. affidavit of probable cause revealed that kathleen kane vo vowed to go after district attorney seth williams "to make seth pay" and attorney general kahne ordered political operatives to gather negative information regarding district attorney williams and said "this is war" no comment from kahne or fbi or irs. >> if you
