second time this officer was shot in the line of duty he was tracking down an s&p when the suspect fired through a wall, today the officer was shot in the stomach and was saved by his s.w.a.t. armor. >> residents here are glad nobody else got shot. >> it's scary when it happens where you live but you need a sense of calmness, and the cops reacted quickly and it did not get out of hand. >> the officer is a 17 year veteran of the department and he has a wife and children and they have not released his name to the public before determining if he and his family is safe. >> thank you david. that murder case is solved according to police and many of his neighbors tell me they are glad. >> police are looking for devon guisherd for 11 months. megan dota was sitting at her rowhouse when she was hit by a stray bullet and they were unable to save her or her baby. neighbors refused to be on camera because of fear of guisherd's family. >> he was a happy go lucky fun loving guy i never saw him angry or do anything bad. i'm still in disbelief. >> police say that guisherd who lived around the corner was firing wildly at a car that he believed contained enemies that killed his brother weeks earlier and -- >> the judge is from jump street they went there with the intent to assassinate and they did, it's a james bond license, license to kill and that is what they did. >> police say it was guisherd that fired on the officer first police always considered guisherd armed and dakrous, that is why they sent an s.w.a.t. team out to confront him when he learned about his whereabouts. that undercover officers were able to purchase 250 bags of heroin and a search warrant led to the discovery of 80 more bags of the drug and a pistol inside of the home. twadle is in jail on $250,000 bail. police were called into investigate aggregations of abuse at a home on horseshoe court in middletown on monday. investigators say that a 73-year-old victim had not seen a doctor in four years pieces was behind me and it was taken away about an hour ago and earlier today we obtained video from across the street that show a portion of the blast it shows the suspects running from the atm and here. >> police say it appears that the suspect tried a similar theft at this atm on july 4th just blocks away from this latest crime. they were collecting evidence at sixth and luzerne, detectives
