chance of flash flooding on roadways where these heavy hitters hit. might be a little gusty thunderstorm around but i think the big issue later this afternoon is going to be those drenching downpours. and then during the afternoon and evening there will be some spotty showers around and in some cases these are really heavy downpour producing showers and even at midnight tomorrow night we might still be dealing with some of that and even thursday looks a little bit humid although starting to tone it down temperature-wise. your exclusive accuweather 7-day, the next couple of days are going to be steamy and uncomfortable. 89 today. 90 tomorrow. some drenching downpour producing thunderstorms in the northern suburbs today in particular. tomorrow little better chance of most of us seeing at least or having the chance anyway of seeing one of those showers or thunderstorms and again they will be drenchers. maybe a little bit gusty,, too on wednesday. then thursday we're down to 82 for a high. it might still be humid and there could be some lingering showers or a stray thunderstorm around but generally speaking we're beginning to transition to better weather and then on friday lower humidity, 86. and saturday not bad sunny and warm, 87 degrees there. good for the union at night. 89 on sunday and by sunday afternoon another thunderstorm pops up. >> thanks, david. 5:11 now. still
