From The Tribune staff reports JASPER — A Jasper woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash that happened around 4:55 p.m. on Sunday, April 11, 2021. Belinda Sue Clark Justics, 50, was pronounced dead on the scene. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) said the crash happened on Alabama 68 at the 217-mile marker, about 11 miles northeast of Jasper. “The 2019 Jeep Cherokee she was driving left the roadway, struck a guardrail, crossed the centerline of the highway and collided head-on with a 1995 Chevrolet GMT400,” ALEA said in a press release. Troopers with the ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division are investigating.
