Woman allegedly killed boyfriend, then her father tampered with evidence, authorities say Updated Feb 11, 2021; MELVINDALE, MI – A 22-year-old woman allegedly shot and killed her boyfriend, and then her father helped cover it up, authorities said. Preaija Pope, 22, of Melvindale, is facing charges of first-degree murder and felony firearm in connection to the shooting death of her live-in boyfriend 30-year-old Timmy Robinson, according to a news release from the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office. Pope’s father, Perry Pope, 44, is charged with tampering with evidence, accessory after the fact, felon in possession of a firearm and three counts of felony firearm.
